Function

Its primary function is high-speed FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing, turning digital 3D models into physical objects layer by layer.

  • Multi-Color & Multi-Material Printing: The attached AMS unit automatically switches between up to four different filament spools mid-print. This allows you to build complex, multi-colored designs or use specialized support materials without manual swapping.
  • High-Temperature Material Compatibility: The fully enclosed chassis traps heat efficiently. This allows the machine to reliably print engineering-grade plastics that warp easily in open environments, such as ABS, ASA, and Nylon.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Utilizing a Core XY motion system, the device prints at speeds up to 500 mm/s with an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². This dramatically reduces production times for custom parts, prototypes, and hobby models.
  • Automated Quality Control: It handles its own Auto-Bed Levelling and vibration compensation calibrations before a job begins. This automation ensures reliable first-layer adhesion and smooth finish quality without tedious manual tuning

Function

The machine features two separate sanding mechanisms powered by a single motor, each designed for distinct tasks:

  1. Belt Sander (Top Portion)
  • Function: Best suited for rapid material removal, flattening broad faces, squaring long edges, and smoothing flat surfaces on wood or metal.
  • Adjustability: The entire tracking arm can typically be tilted and locked anywhere from 0° (horizontal, as pictured) to 90° (vertical) to match the angle needed for your workpiece.
  1. Disc Sander (Side Wheel)
  • Function: Designed for precision end-grain sanding, shaping curved profiles, and fine-tuning external contours.

Work Table: The orange table mounted in front of the disc supports the workpiece, keeping it steady and safe. This table can tilt downward (usually up to 45°) for sanding accurate bevels and angled edges.

Function

  • Additive Manufacturing: They construct physical 3D objects from digital Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models.
  • Layer-by-Layer Deposition: They heat solid plastic spool filament (like PLA, PETG, or ABS) through a hot-end nozzle until it melts.

Precision Control: A computerized tracking system systematically moves the extruder to deposit the melted plastic layer-by-layer onto the heated print bed, where it cools and solidifies into the final physical object.

Function

A miter saw is a specialized power tool used to make quick, highly accurate crosscuts and angled cuts in workpieces like wood, moulding, trim, and aluminium profiles.

  • Crosscuts: Cutting across the grain of a board at a straight 90-degree angle.
  • Miter Cuts: Angling the blade horizontally across the rotating table base to cut precise angles (e.g., 45 degrees for framing corners).

Bevel Cuts: Tilting the saw head vertically to cut an angle through the thickness of the material

Function

Its primary function is to efficiently cut wood and sheet materials to precise sizes. The circular saw blade is mounted on an arbor beneath the flat table surface, protruding upward to cut material as it is pushed across the table.

Key Uses and Common Cuts

  • Rip Cuts: Cutting a piece of wood lengthwise parallel to the grain to reduce its width.
  • Crosscuts: Cutting across the wood grain horizontally to shorten its length.
  • Miter and Bevel Cuts: Cutting at specific angles or slants by adjusting the blade angle or using a miter gauge guide.

Dado and Concealed Cuts: Cutting slots, grooves, or channels into the surface of the wood without cutting all the way through

MULTIFUNCTIONAL DIGITAL HEAT PRESS MACHINE-Digital 5-in-1 Combo Sublimation Heat Press Machine

Function

  • Heat Transfer & Sublimation: It applies heat and steady pressure over a set period to embed sublimated inks, plastisol, and transfers permanently into fabrics and specialized substrates.
  • Versatile Custom Printing: While configured with the flat platen primarily for T-shirts, hoodies, mousepads, and cushions, this “5-in-1 combo” unit allows the main heating assembly to be unplugged and detached. It can interface with interchangeable attachment elements to print onto specialized form factors, specifically:
  1. Flat Items: Fabrics, T-shirts, canvas bags, puzzles, and ceramic tiles.
  2. Mugs: Cylindrical drinkware using a curved mug heating wrap.
  3. Caps/Hats: Curved cap press attachments to shape prints onto baseball hats.
  4. Plates: Two varying sizes of circular plate press pads to print designs inside ceramic dinnerware.

Multi-Media Compatibility: It works across various transfer technologies, including Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), and sublimation paper

Function

Its primary function is to secure and spin pieces of wood along a horizontal axis, allowing a woodworker to shape them into symmetrical, cylindrical objects (like bowls, table legs, pens, and candlesticks) using hand-held cutting tools.

  • Headstock (Left Orange Unit): Houses the main motor, spindle, and speed pulleys. It provides the rotational power to spin the wood piece.
  • Tailstock (Right Orange Unit): Holds the opposite end of longer wood workpieces securely in place. It slides along the bed to adjust for different material lengths and locks down with a cam lever.
  • Tool Rest (Center T-Bar): Provides a steady, adjustable support platform for resting hand-held chisels and gouges safely while cutting into the rotating wood.

Bed (Black Base Frame): Precision-ground iron rail that forms the backbone of the lathe. It ensures the headstock, tool rest, and tailstock stay perfectly aligned during operation

Function

It uses controlled heat and pressure over a specific duration to transfer graphic designs, text, or photos from sublimation paper permanently onto various sublimation-ready objects and merchandise.

  • Main Lever/Chassis Base: Located in the background with the upright black handle. It acts as the mechanical clamp to apply uniform pressure during the transfer process.
  • Mug Heating Element: The cylindrical metallic wrap with a dark interior lining shown on the left. It wraps around coffee mugs and tumblers to heat-transfer custom graphics onto round surfaces.

CNC Flatbed CO2 Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine

Function

  • Precision Cutting: Vaporizes or melts non-metal sheets like MDF, acrylic, plywood, leather, and plastics along a computer-programmed path with high precision.
  • Surface Engraving: Scores or etches text, complex geometric logos, and artwork onto material surfaces by modulating the laser intensity.

Large Format Fabrication: The expansive, open flatbed architecture allows operators to easily load and process oversized sheets typically used in signage, furniture parts, and architectural panels

Function

  • Precision Cutting: It uses a focused high-powered CO₂ laser beam to slice through a wide variety of non-metal materials. It creates clean, highly intricate shapes with smooth edges based on computer-guided designs. Surface Engraving: By reducing the power of the laser beam, the machine safely vaporizes only the top layer of a material. This allows it to etch detailed graphics, logos, text, and artwork onto a surface.
  • Temperature Regulation: The auxiliary CW-3000 cooling unit constantly circulates water around the machine’s glass laser tube. This dissipates excess heat, preventing the glass from cracking and extending the tube’s operating lifespan

Desktop CNC Router (or Mini CNC Milling/Engraving Machine)

Function

  • Automated Material Cutting: The machine translates pre-programmed computer-aided manufacturing software codes (G-code) into physical commands. This moves the high-speed rotating spindle along multiple axes to cut shapes out of raw stock.
  • Precision Carving and Engraving: It is utilized for high-precision 2D and 3D engraving tasks on diverse materials such as wood, plastics, acrylics, PCBs, and soft metals.
  • Educational and Rapid Prototyping: Due to its compact, fully enclosed desktop size, it serves as an ideal training platform in engineering labs, maker spaces, and classrooms to safely teach the fundamentals of digital manufacturing and test prototypes before scale-up production

Vinyl Cutting Plotter & Stand

Function

  • Primary Support: It serves as a heavy-duty pedestal base designed to hold a wide-format desktop vinyl cutter or plotter machine at a comfortable working height.
  • Material Feeding: The prominent horizontal metallic rollers in the middle are used to hold and smoothly roll out large spools of vinyl film, stickers, or paper sheets into the cutting machine.
