The New Prince Centre for International Partnerships (NCIP) at NPSBCET serves as a gateway to global academic and industry collaborations. The Centre promotes internationalisation through strategic partnerships, student mobility programmes, research collaborations, internships, and international educational opportunities.

The Centre for International Partnerships strengthens global engagement through international academic collaborations, internship opportunities, and international education outreach initiatives.

Objective

The MOU between New Prince Shri Bhavani College of Engineering & Technology and Aurora University, USA, aims to promote international academic collaboration, research, and global learning opportunities for students and faculty.

Duration

The MOU is valid for five years and may be renewed by mutual agreement.

Objective

The National Centre for International Programmes (NCIP) organized expert lectures by international academicians and industry professionals to provide students with global perspectives on emerging technologies, industry practices, and international career opportunities.

1. Smart Cities Powered by IoT: Technologies and Applications

Date: 19 December 2025

Resource Person: Engr. Mensah Sitti, University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana

Highlights: The session explored the role of the Internet of Things (IoT) in developing smart cities, covering IoT applications, automation, urban innovation, and global technological advancements.

2. The Blueprint of Success: Real-World Insights from Industry Titans

Date: 10 March 2026

Resource Persons: Mr. Shinichi Takano, Managing Director, JGC India EPC Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Yoji Arai, Operations Director, JGC India EPC Pvt. Ltd.

Highlights: The speakers shared industry perspectives on engineering project execution, leadership, career development, and experiences from managing international engineering projects.

International Internship Programs

Objective

NPSBCET Centre for International Partnerships (NCIP) facilitates international internship opportunities that equip students with practical industry experience, global perspectives, and advanced technical skills, preparing them for successful international careers.

Internship in Malaysia

Collaborating Institution: UKM Shape University, Malaysia

Program Overview: This international internship program provided students with global exposure through technical sessions on data science, cybersecurity, and Data Analytics. The program included hands-on training in cyber security applications and natural language processing (NLP), along with industrial visits and cultural experiences in Kuala Lumpur.

Learning Outcomes

  • Exposure to real-world applications of cybersecurity and data science.
  • Practical understanding of NLP tools and techniques.
  • Enhanced cross-cultural interaction and global academic experience.
Europe Industry Internship (Belgium – Brussels)

Domain: Artificial Intelligence & Business Intelligence

Program Overview: This industry-orientated international internship offered students practical exposure to artificial intelligence and business intelligence through specialised training at Belwise, Brussels. The programme covered AI fundamentals, business analytics, and AI-driven decision support systems while providing insights into European industry practices.

  • In-depth understanding of AI applications in business environments.
  • Exposure to European industry standards and practices.
  • Enhanced analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH

Objective

The National Centre for International Programmes (NCIP) organized a series of initiatives to promote global learning opportunities by connecting students with international universities, study-abroad experts, and industry professionals. These initiatives enhanced students’ awareness of higher education, scholarships, internships, and global career pathways.

1.International Education Fair

Malaysian Education Fair (17.12.2025)

A curated educational visit was organized for 20 eligible second- and third-year students to the Hotel Radisson Blu, Egmore. Students interacted directly with representatives from the top 25 Malaysian universities, gaining insights into affordable, high-quality education, admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and academic programs offered by Malaysian institutions.
