The NPSBCET AICTE IDEA Lab team consists of dedicated faculty mentors, technical experts, and enthusiastic student ambassadors who work collaboratively to foster innovation and experiential learning. The Chief Mentor provides strategic direction and overall guidance for the lab’s innovation, research, and entrepreneurship activities. The Faculty Coordinators and Co-Coordinators oversee the day-to-day functioning of the lab, including project execution, resource management, and organization of training programs and events. The Tech Gurus offer specialized technical mentoring and hands-on support in emerging technologies, enabling effective prototyping and problem solving. Student Ambassadors actively promote the IDEA Lab culture, support outreach activities, and encourage peer participation, thereby strengthening the institution’s innovation ecosystem.
