All accepted abstracts and papers will be published in the ICIAIDS’26 conference proceedings with ISBN, ensuring academic recognition and global visibility.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at New Prince Shri Bhavani College of Engineering and Technology was established in 2023 with the vision of addressing the growing demand for skilled professionals in emerging technologies. The department is fully developed and equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, high-speed internet facilities, and a well-resourced library to support academic and research activities. It is supported by a team of highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated faculty members who are committed to delivering quality education and mentoring students. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to provide strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and related disciplines, with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning through practical sessions, projects, and industry exposure.

The department actively promotes research, innovation, and participation in technical events, hackathons, and conferences. Through continuous skill development, ethical learning practices, and career-oriented training, the department strives to prepare students to become competent, industry-ready professionals capable of succeeding in the rapidly evolving AI and Data Science domain.

Authors are requested to carefully read and follow the submission guidelines provided below to ensure that the article is formatted correctly before submission.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors must prepare papers on A4 size paper with 1-inch margins using a single-column format.

  • The manuscript length should be 4–6 pages, typed in Times New Roman font, with the title in 14-pt bold, author names in 12-pt, and the main text in 11-pt, single-spaced.
  • The abstract must contain 150–250 words, followed by 3–5 keywords. Sections should use clear heading levels, and all figures and tables must be numbered sequentially and provided with appropriate captions.
  • All equations should be numbered on the right side and cited appropriately in the text. References must follow the IEEE style with numbered citations enclosed in square brackets.
  • Papers must be original, and submissions should be made in MS Word (.docx) format.
